Personnel Requirements

PROTOCOL_01

Licensed Security Officer

Aged 26 to 45, college graduate, with at least four years of security supervision experience. Proficient in providing security reports and parallel investigations.

PROTOCOL_02

Licensed M/F Personnel

Licensed male and female security personnel aged between 25 to 45 years old, equipped with excellent oral and written communication skills.

PROTOCOL_03

Trained Guards (RA 5487)

Pre-licensing and in-service training under Republic Act 5487, including updated local/national clearances, drug testing, and neuro-psychiatric exams.

PROTOCOL_04

Non-Unionized Guards

Our guards are non-unionized. Field Inspectors conduct regular, rigorous monitoring at all assigned posts to ensure performance standards.

Background Investigations

Discreet background investigations by our Intelligence and Investigations Department. Priority is always given to referred applicants.

PROTOCOL_06

Continuous Training

All guards participate in year-round In-Service Training conducted by PNP-SOSIA Accredited Training Officers to maintain peak readiness.

PROTOCOL_07

Surveillance & Detective

Specialized surveillance and detective services are available at a minimal cost upon client request to address complex security concerns.
